The AC-X3 by HJC incorporates race proven and “real world” tested features such as the Advanced Composite Material (ACM) shell structure, the Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACVS), and unique CAD generated shell sculpture, creating one of the most technologically advanced helmets in its class.

  • Shell integrated rear goggle guide
  • Unique CAD generated shell sculpture (with 3 shell sizes) for improved fit and increased helmet stability
  • Two-piece channeled dual-density EPS liner
  • I-beam chin bar sculpture
Flow-through “ACVS” Advanced Channeling Ventilation System
  • 2 forehead intake vents and 2 integrated rear exhaust vents are combined with sculptured air channels to allow the entire helmet to act as a full venturi exhaust system. Fresh air is channeled at high velocity through this system (front to back) which draws heat and humidity up and out the shell through four internal exhaust channels

Aerodynamic, Maximum Visibility Visor Design
  • Maximum visibility, three-screw visor system featuring machined aluminum visor side screws allow for extra secure rider adjustability
  • Aerodynamic visor design also acts as a “ram air”, forcing fresh air into the forward intake vents
